This is a stress management e-learning on stress and recovery in working life. The goal of the training is to convey knowledge about how the body reacts to stress and inspire you to work with stress management and recovery yourself.
The training can also serve as a basis for talking about what is stressful and what is recovering and have a dialogue about health in the workplace.
The training is aimed at both employees and managers at all types of workplaces. It is also a good fit as part of the onboarding for new employees.

The training takes about 1 hour to complete and ends with a knowledge test.
