What it is

This training aims to provide managers with the knowledge and tools needed to conduct systematic rehabilitation work in accordance with current legislation and requirements. The training focuses on:

• Identifying and managing early signs of ill health
• What happens during sick leave
• Current legislation and health insurance
• The different responsibilities of parties, such as employers, employees, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency
• The importance of a clear rehabilitation process with practical routines
• Workplace adjustments according to the regulation AFS 2020:5
• Employment law aspects and boundaries
• Effective rehabilitation through collaboration

By addressing these areas, managers gain tools to create a sustainable and effective rehabilitation process that supports both employees and the organisation's goals.

The e-learning takes approximately 1 hour to complete and concludes with a knowledge test. This is the Swedish version of the e-learning course; an English version will be released shortly.
