Webinar

The role of the workplace in domestic violence prevention

In this webinar, we talk about how you as an employer and colleague can act if you suspect that someone in your workplace is exposed to violence from a loved one, what signs there are and what you should be aware of.

One in four women, and one in six men, has been subjected to violence in a close relationship at some point in their lives. What do we do if we suspect that a colleague or employee is being victimized?

Welcome to start your day by creating a deeper understanding of domestic violence. Among other things, we will go through what we define as violence, how the violence affects health and work ability, how it affects the workplace and sick leave, what behaviors can be signs that someone is exposed and what you as an employer can do.

Presenters: Hanna Lesauvage, psychologist, Christina Hollberg, psychologist and Erik Berglund, head of education.
