Who can see the invoice specifications?
Invoice recipients can view their own specifications. Managers at a higher level in your company structure also have access to invoice specifications for lower levels. The system is set up in this way and it does not in any way contravene the GDPR.
How do I know who is authorised to see the invoice specification?
In the past, this information has been on the invoice. Now you can find the invoice specifications in the menu for the client and higher level managers: Invoice specifications
