Health check-ups for train operators shall be carried out at continuous intervals in accordance with the Swedish Transport Agency's legal requirements. The check-up is aimed at those with driver's licences.

Health check-ups are based on the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations on "health examination and health status for personnel with duties with road safety" (TSFS 2011:61/2013:52 and SFS 2011:725).
The examination shall be carried out within the following intervals:
- Every three years until your co-worker has reached the age of 55.
- Then every year.
How it works
- Your employee is booked for a health check-up
Once you have ordered the service, your employee will be booked for a health examination. The time is communicated in an email to your co-worker and to you as the orderer. - Occupational health physician
Your employee should bring any glasses prescriptions/opticians certificates and/or hearing aids to the visit. The physician conducts an examination and assesses samples, drug tests and Resting ECG for those over forty years of age. - Feedback
The physician will issue a medical opinion. The statement is sent to you as the orderer in accordance with the agreement made in the order. If the employee is not serviceable, the relevant manager is informed immediately.
