When an employee shows symptoms of severe stress, is not well or has suffered a crisis, you need to act. You can get support online or through a physical visit to one of our units at Previa.

You who are responsible for employees can get advice and support from us at Previa. Together with one of our psychologists or behavioral scientists, we talk about the problem and suggest a way to move forward and find a suitable solution.

Supportive talk online

Through a video meeting you can easily get in touch with our psychologists and behavioral scientists and is a good alternative to physical visits. Up to five people can participate at the same time.

How the support works

  1. Describe needs
    When you as the manager order the service, you start by describing what questions and needs there are. Your employee is booked for a conversation with a behavioral scientist or psychologist.

  2. Conversations with psychologist/behavioural scientist
    During the conversation, the behavioural scientist or psychologist understands the employee's situation. Based on the conversation, an assessment is made about the problem, situation and suggestions for steps further.

  3. Suggestions for continued action
    After the initial talk, you as the manager receive feedback. This clarifies what can be done to keep your employee in work. If the employee's problems fall outside the competence of occupational health, we will help to guide you further.


You as a manager or authorized customer can order services directly online. After you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
