ACT Therapy

ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and is a preventive form of therapy developed by researchers in psychology. The method is suitable for employees who suffer from work-related stress or need tools to create a better balance in life.

ACT is a therapy method based on research in the psychological context of Acceptance and Commitment therapy. Through ACT, your employee receives tools to influence the balance in life linked to, for example, stress, anxiety or other mental illness. The purpose of the therapy is to provide the conditions for increasing mental well-being and experiencing a higher quality of life.

How it works

  1. Describe your wishes
    When you order the service, you describe your wishes, as well as the place where you want the therapy to be held. You will then be contacted by us for a dialogue about the arrangement, booking of time and possible offer.

  2. Course on four occasions
    The course takes place on four occasions where each course session is 3 hours. The group size is limited to a maximum of 8 people.
