The training increases knowledge about how the body works, how musculoskeletal disorders occur and how they are prevented. It increases knowledge about how you use a gentle working technique and strengthens the body's physical resources.
Based on your challenges at your wokrplace, we train you in workload and ergonomics. Through an education with us, we help you to anchor the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations in your organisation. The education reviews the requirements of each workplace – and how to work according to them. We also go through definitions that are good to know.
The education is led by our experts in the field (ergonomists and licensed physiotherapist). To meet your wishes, we listen to your expectations and goals during a start-up meeting, before we prepare the education.

How it works
- Describe your wishes and needs
In the inquiry you describe your needs and where you want the education to take place. - Dialogue with physiotherapist before the education
You will be contacted by one of our physiotherapist where the arrangement and time are discussed. Together with you as the orderer, we define the purpose and goals of the education. We listen to your needs and challenges. It may be that you want to supplement the education with a practical exercise – such as lifting technique or mobility technique – then the education is extended by one hour. - Course length and implementation
We have a maximum of 20 participants at a time and the implementation of the education takes 2 hours unless otherwise stated. During the education you will understand what the law on workload and ergonomics includes, how the body works, how musculoskeletal disorders occur and are prevented. You will gain knowledge about gentle working techniques and how to strengthen the body's physical resources.

The education can of course be customized for your specific needs and conditions. You can also choose whether you want the education to be held at your own workplace or in one of Falck's units.
