When ordering the service, it is important that you describe what questions and needs there are. You choose whether you want the advice to take place online via video, physical visit or phone call. When the service is ordered, you are booked for a meeting with a safety engineer. Time and instructions are communicated via email and sms. If you choose online counselling, the video call will be held within 10 business days. - Suggested recommended activities
During the counselling, the safety engineer will get involved in the issue/problem you have described linked to the workplace. An assessment is made about the problem and situation. The counselling results in suggestions for activities that can improve the work environment.
