– We often meet managers who talk about a dynamic world where a lot is changing at a rapid pace. The task of a manager is often complex and there are increased demands on efficiency, while both the business and the leadership must be sustainable, transparent and inclusive, says Milou Häggå, Organizational Consultant at Falck and Programme Manager for the training.

Milou further explains that it is precisely the demand from clients that forms the basis for the training.

– Managers want practical tools and ways of working to live up to the demands that are set. Since we often work closely with managers and the challenges they face, we can offer a training that is based on reality with a focus on practical application, says Milou Häggå.

The education is based on you and where you are as a manager and gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the areas where you see that there is development potential.

– We have used a combination of current evidence-based methods and experience from our customer-oriented work to enable you to develop both your personal leadership and how you meet the group you are responsible for, says Milou Häggå.

Early in the process, you get a clear picture of your leadership via a digital survey. Together with a coach, you then make a plan and set goals for the training. During the training, individual coaching is combined with group reflection and course material. You will also be given homework assignments with tools to apply in the workplace.

– After you have completed the training, the goal is for you to stand firm, sustainable and be even better equipped to contribute to the challenges of the business in your particular leadership, says Milou Häggå.

What is included in the training?

The programme gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the areas where you see development potential in your leadership. You will get help to set clear goals and make an action plan for you to build on your current good leadership.

The education places a particular focus on what is known through research to create and maintain meaning, security, stability and sustainability, as well as increasing joy and creativity.

– We use theories from the Full Range leadership model, Psychological Capital and Inner Development Goals (IDG). You will also gain in-depth knowledge in communication and feedback, how to hold challenging meetings and conversations, ethics and psychological safety, says Pernilla Rönnlund, Organizational Consultant at Falck and Programme Manager for the programme.

The training is held on 7 occasions and is mainly given on site in Stockholm, but also some shorter digital gatherings are included.

– Each group is involved in building trust and good conditions for relevant discussions and reflections. We also see the opportunity to build a network of managers that will continue to meet after completing the training if they so wish, says Pernilla Rönnlund.
