Victimisation in working life – how do we work preventively?
Bullying and victimisation, as well as psychosocial ill-health, are complex challenges in many organisations. These issues are often handled reactively — only once a report has been filed or an incident has already occurred. But how can we instead work more preventively?
Welcome to a free webinar on bullying and victimisation in the workplace.
A breeding ground for bullying and victimisation can be organisational change, where roles, responsibilities and expectations become unclear. Unresolved conflicts are another common risk factor. Risks can also arise in social settings, for example a summer party involving alcohol, where professional boundaries are more easily crossed.
During this webinar, we will share some of our most important insights and lessons learned from conducting investigations on behalf of our clients.
Among other things, we will talk about:
- The most common root causes of bullying, victimisation and perceived mistreatment.
- How unclear roles and boundaries can contribute to conflicts escalating.
- Identified success factors for a culture that prevents mistreatment.
