MediYoga is for people with stress problems, sleeping problems and pain problems. At five course sessions, you will learn to focus on physical exercises that are combined with breathing techniques and meditations.

MediYoga is a therapeutic form of yoga where you practice creating balance and awareness both physically, mentally and emotionally. You'll learn to listen inwards - into your body and mind. Yoga sessions are based on the research available on the health effects of yoga.

The MediYoga course

The course involves practical exercises that are adapted to the participant's ability and without the requirement for performance. It is aimed at those who have stress-related problems, sleeping problems and long-term pain problems. It is also aimed at those who want to increase their physical/ mental strength. No prior knowledge is required.

Five occasions in 75 minutes.

After the MediYoga Course

You will get basic knowledge, techniques and tools that you can use through effective breathing exercises as well as meditations to restore and maintain balance, well-being and health. MediYoga gives you a greater ability to be here and now and an increased body awareness.

Other terms and conditions

The training can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to four weeks before the training begins. After that, 100% of the cost will be charged.

Invoicing takes place before the start of the course. Payment terms 30 days.

Previa reserves the right to cancel or rebook courses due to too few participants.

Business adaptation

The training can of course be adapted to your specific needs and conditions. You then choose whether you want the training to be held at your own workplace or in Previa's premises.
