ACT is a method that aims to find approaches where you learn how to deal with unwanted thoughts and feelings – and to learn how to accept them. It is about addressing what affects the balance of life such as stress, anxiety and other types of mental illness. The method provides the conditions for increasing mental well-being and experiencing higher quality of life.
The ACT training
ACT is based on the proven Method of Acceptance and Commitment Training. Through theoretical and practical exercises, you will learn how to handle things that prevent you from performing your very best. You will be helped to apply strategies and approaches to the challenges that working life presents to you.
ACT is suitable for employees who suffer from work-related stress or need to create a better balance in life. No prior knowledge is required.

After the training
By focusing on attitudes and concrete behavioural changes, mental flexibility increases. Research shows that ACT has long-term positive effects on mental well-being, creativity and stress levels in general.

Other terms and conditions
The training can be rebooked or cancelled free of charge up to four weeks before the training begins. After that, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Invoicing takes place before the start of the course. Payment terms 30 days.
Previa reserves the right to cancel or rebook courses due to too few participants.
The training can of course be adapted to your specific needs and conditions. You then choose whether you want the training to be held at your own workplace or in Previa's premises.
