Before your visit

Who can order a service or book a visit?

All visits and services to Previa need to be ordered by an authorised customer, often your immediate manager. SLU also allows employees to place orders, provided that the manager/equivalent has approved this. Employees can book an anonymous visit per calendar year or a preventive visit without the manager's approval. With further treatment, it is approved by the manager/equivalent.

Authorized customer means those persons within the company who, as agreed with Previa, are authorized to order services. When we receive an order online, it is done on the basis that the customer meets this requirement.

Do I send my data and files securely via Previa?

All communication on the website is encrypted and not sent publicly. When you send messages and attach files, it is done under security. We guarantee that the processing of your personal data and messages complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
