Vaccination
Boostrix
OrderBook vaccinations for employees who risk contracting diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough or polio in their work. Vaccination is a common measure to prevent and reduce microbiological work environment risks according to AFS 2018:4.
What it is
We vaccinate against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough and polio with the combination vaccine Boostrix. The vaccine is used to top up previously administered vaccines at intervals according to the vaccination program. As an employer, you can offer vaccination to employees who are at risk of being infected in the work environment. This may apply, for example, to trips abroad in the service or exposure to infectious substances at work.
The vaccination is usually carried out at your nearest unit. Periodically we offer local drop-in times for vaccination. If more employees are to be vaccinated at the same time, we can hold the vaccination at your workplace.
How it works
- Order service
When you order the service, the employee is booked in for vaccination or guidance before vaccination. The time is communicated via text message to the employee. - Guidance
If we need to make an assessment before vaccination or if you want to consult us beforehand, counseling is added. - Fill in health declaration
At the time of vaccination, the employee fills in a health declaration to ensure that there are no medical obstacles to giving the vaccine. - Vaccination
If there are no comments in the health declaration, the vaccination is carried out by an Occupational Health Nurse. - Follow-up
Follow-up according to planned vaccination program.
