Crisis support training course (English)

This e-learning course provides knowledge about crisis support in the workplace and is aimed at managers, safety representatives, and HR professionals who want to gain theoretical knowledge in crisis management. It is a pre-recorded online course that you can take at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning provides managers, safety representatives, and HR with the knowledge to handle crises. The training can also serve as an introduction to crisis management for companies and organizations that want to start addressing these issues. You will learn more about common crisis reactions and the measures that need to be taken during a crisis event. The content consists of pre-recorded videos on the following topics:

• The concept of crisis, what is a crisis, examples of crisis events
• Crisis reactions, phases, and support
• Prevent and minimize risks
• Employer's responsibility – what does the law say?
• Crisis organization – leadership/manager's role
• Responding to a person in crisis
• Information management

How it works

1. Order e-learning
Order the e-learning in the language you prefer. After ordering the training, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and the number of license codes you have ordered.

2. Training
Take the e-learning at your convenience. It takes about 1 hour to complete.
