Work environment – basic training (English)

E-learning aimed at managers, safety representatives, or others who need knowledge on how businesses should work to comply with the Work Environment Act's requirements for a safe workplace. This is a pre-recorded e-learning course that you can take online at your convenience.

What it is

The e-learning covers both physical and organizational and social aspects of creating a safe work environment with clear routines and a well-informed, competently trained organization. The content consists of reading sections interspersed with interactions, videos, exercises, and practical cases on the following topics:

• What work environment is
• Work Environment Act
• Systematic work environment management
• Work environment and economy
• Ergonomics
• Organizational and social work environment
• Work adaptation and rehabilitation
• Solitary work
• Violence and threats
• Crisis support

The e-learning takes approximately 2 hours to complete, but the content is equivalent to 2 days of traditional, instructor-led training. Each chapter ends with a knowledge test. Upon passing the knowledge tests, you have the option to download and/or print a certificate.

How it works

1. Order e-learning
   After ordering the e-learning, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and the number of license codes you have ordered.

2. Training 
   Take the e-learning at your convenience. It takes about 2 hours to complete.

3. Certificate 
   Download your certificate in PDF format after each completed knowledge test.
