Stress Management Online

A quality-assured CBT-based online program where the employee gets tools to develop their mental skills. The program includes ongoing support from a coach.

What it is

Stress Management Online is a web-based program that the employee can easily access via computer, mobile phone or tablet. The program helps employees with stress-related problems learn to deal with stress in everyday life in a functional and sustainable way.

The program runs for eight weeks through web-based lessons consisting of videos, activities and audio-based exercises. Every week, the employee talks with a coach (one of our psychologists or behavioral scientists) via video call or chat. Stress Management Online is developed by Braive and is done via a secure webpage by logging in with BankID.

How it works

1. Order service
   When you have ordered the service, your employee receives instructions for online booking via e-mail and makes an appointment for an initial conversation with a coach. At the same time, the employee receives a digital health check to fill out.
2. Book time
   The employee uses the link to book an appointment for an initial call and then receives an SMS with confirmation of their booking.
3. Fill in health check
   Before the visit, the employee fills in a health check and takes it with them to the first call.
4. Initial call
   The initial call aims to ensure that Stress Management Online is suitable as an intervention and that the employee is motivated to start the program. The health check serves as a discussion basis for the conversation.
5. Online program
   The employee follows the program which lasts for 8 weeks. Every other week, there is a follow-up conversation through video calls, and every other week through chat.
6. Feedback
   When the program is completed, we will contact you as orderer. The feedback aims to clarify the effect of the completed program as well as suggestions for measures to ensure good health long-term.
