A new employment health check-up can guide you in your recruiting process. The health check-up aims to assess the candidate's ability to meet the employer's work medical requirements for employment.

What it is

New Employment Check-up provides an occupational medical assessment and mapping of the factors that pose a risk of ill health in a particular job. Health is an important aspect when choosing a new employee, regardless of work tasks, and the examination functions as part of the overall assessment of an applicant for a new position. The content of the check-up is based on your company's agreement.

How it works

  1. Order service
    State the work tasks and occupational medical requirements for the role in the order form. When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
  2. Visit
    The visit consists of a general medical examination with health declaration, measurement of height and weight, blood pressure, blood sugar as well as hearing and visual tests. Additional examinations may be added depending on your company's agreement. Let us know which add-ons you wish to order.
  3. Feedback
    After the visit, you will receive a written statement/certificate.
