TSI Operation, Periodic
OrderThe statutory check-up complies with the legal requirements of EU Regulation 2015/1995 and applies to employees who perform safety-critical tasks associated with accompanying a train.
What it is
Statutory Check-up - TSI Operation, Periodic is a medical and psychological assessment of employees' suitability. According to the Train Operators, employees who are working as special on-board supervisors, signalers when reversing/pushing trains, departure signalers or departure signalers' assistants must undergo a medical check-up. After the check-up, we will issue a medical statement.
When it should be done
- Every five years under the age of 41
- Every three years from the age of 41-61
- Annually from the age of 62
The employer is responsible for ensuring that the medical check-ups are done with the right periodicity.
How it works
- Order service
State the work duties of the employee in the order form. When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee. - Visit
The visit consists of a general medical examination, psychological assessment, drug test and sampling. - Certificate
A medical statement is issued by the doctor. - Feedback
The statement is sent in accordance with what was determined in the order. If the employee is not fit to work, you will be informed immediately.
