Mapping of the employee's health situation and health history, current work and life situation including lifestyle habits. The assessment is carried out by a Rehab Coordinator or an Occupational Health Nurse through a structured interview.

What it is

Assessment Interview, Rehab is done to clarify factors in health and work environment that the employee can influence in order to improve or maintaine work ability. We also map health and work environment factors that you as an employer need to be aware of in order to take your rehabilitation and work environment responsibility. The employee receives support so they can take responsibility for their own health/lifestyle as well as their own perception of work ability and suggestions for changes.

How it works

  1. Order service
    Describe your questions and needs in the order form. You as the client are then booked in for a telephone consultation with the Occupational Health Nurse or Rehab Coordinator. The time will be communicated to you via e-mail.
  2. Telephone consultation
    A telephone consultation with you as the client and Occupational Health Nurse or Rehab Coordinator. After that, your employee is booked in for the interview.
  3. Feedback
    An action plan is drawn up that describes goals, planned measures and follow-up. Thee feedback is sent to you as a client.
