Occupational Medicine Survey

Order

The purpose of this service is to map occupational health conditions and investigate signs of ill health. This may include, for example, repeated sick leave or a period of sick leave where the employer requires a current status assessment for continued planning.

What it is

Occupational Medicine Survey is conducted during ongoing sick leave or repeated short-term absence where there is a need for a clear current status in order to plan for return to work/increased health attendance. The assessment is carried out by a rehabilitation coordinator and a physician. If needed, there is also the option to involve additional professionals from Falck's rehabilitation team (as an add-on service).

Possible add-ons (price according to agreement):

How it works

  1. Order service
Describe the questions and needs that exist, as well as whether the add-on of a physiotherapist and/or psychologist is desired, in the order form. You as the orderer will then be booked in for an assignment dialogue with the rehabilitation coordinator. The time will be communicated via email to you as the orderer.
  2. Assignment dialogue
During an initial assignment dialogue with you as the orderer, the rehabilitation coordinator discusses the problem description and wishes. Your employee is then booked in for an assessment.
  3. Review
The employee meets with our experts and is assessed based on their situation and what was agreed upon during the assignment dialogue.
  4. Feedback
We provide feedback in the form of a written statement on work capacity, along with recommendations for early interventions and workplace adjustments that facilitate return to work.
