Training content

This e-learning aims to inspire participants to increase their focus on workplace environment issues and demonstrate how systematic workplace environment management can contribute to better organisational results. The course covers:

• What is the work environment?
• The Swedish Work Environment Act
• Systematic workplace environment management
• Organisational and Social Work Environment

By highlighting these areas, participants will gain tools and insights to strengthen workplace environment efforts and create a sustainable and successful workplace.

The e-learning takes approximately 1 hour to complete and concludes with a knowledge test. 

How it works

1. Order the e-learning
   After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and the number of license codes you have ordered.
2. Training
   Take the e-learning at your convenience. After completing and passing the course, a personal training certificate is issued and can be downloaded in PDF format.

No, you can take the e-learning at your own pace and split it into different sessions.

Can multiple employees take the training using the same license?

The license is personal. If you have more employees who need to take the training, you should order additional licenses in the order form.
