A mapping of work ability aimed at employees who do not have the capacity to work with an unclear prognosis and who is on sick leave mainly before day 180 of the Social Insurance Agency's rehab chain or have repeated short-term absences. Previous Early Investigation of Work Ability.

What it is

Occupational Medicine Survey is done at an early stage of sick leave or repeated short-term absence. The purpose is to investigate work ability in relation to current work. The investigation is carried out by rehab coordinators and doctors, as well as, if necessary, another professional in Falck's rehab team (additional service). Alcohol markers via blood test and drug test, 6 substances are carried out

How it works

  1. Order service
    Describe your questions and needs and whether you would like an additional physiotherapist and/or psychologist in the order form. You as orderer are then booked in for a call with the rehab coordinator. The time will be notified to you via e-mail.
  2. Telephone consultation
    At an initial telephone consultation with you as the orderer, the rehab coordinator has a dialogue about the problem and your wishes. Your employee is then booked in for an assessment.
  3. Review
    The employee meets our experts and is investigated based on his situation and what was agreed during the assignment dialogue. Alcohol markers via blood test and drug test, 6 substances are carried out
  4. Feedback
    The investigation leads to a written opinion on work ability, as well as recommendations for early efforts and work adaptation that facilitates return to work.
