As a manager or HR representative, you book a meeting with one of our rehabilitation coordinators to discuss a new case involving your employee. Together, you'll review the needs in a case dialogue and set up the right support – for example, a rehabilitation case, a support conversation, or an ergonomic assessment.

Need support with a rehabilitation case?

Book a dialogue with Falck's rehabilitation coordinator – it's the first step. In the dialogue, we'll go through the situation together: what your needs are, what you want to achieve, and which next steps are the best fit. We'll also clarify roles and responsibilities, so you get clear and reliable support throughout the whole process.

Book a dialogue when you:

• notice early signs of ill health
• have repeated or ongoing sick leave
• are unsure about the employee's work capacity
• want advice on how to move forward with the case

The case dialogue takes place online or by phone.

How it works

1. Order service
   When you order a case dialogue, you are the one who takes part in the meeting with us, so you enter your own details in the order form. Fill out the order form and specify whether you want to be contacted online or by phone. Online contact occurs via a digital meeting for which you book a time yourself; a link will be sent via email. If you choose the phone option, you also need to provide your location.
2. Case dialogue
   If you have selected the online option, you log in to the meeting at the scheduled time. If you have chosen the phone option, a Rehab Coordinator from Falck will call you at the scheduled time..
