The statutory check-up complies with the legal requirements of TSFS 2011:61, 2013:52 and SFS 2011:725 and applies to new employees who will perform safety-critical tasks in rail-bound traffic.

What it is

Statutory Check-Up – Train Driver, New Employment is done to assess new employees’ suitability to perform safety-critical tasks. After the check-up, we will issue a medical statement.

When it should be done

How it works

  1. Order service
    When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked in for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
  2. Visit
    The visit consists of a general medical examination including a health declaration, drug test, sampling and a resting ECG for those over 40 years of age.
  3. Certificate
    A medical statement is issued by the doctor.
  4. Feedback
    The statement is sent in accordance with what was determined in the order. If the employee is not fit to work, you will be informed immediately.
