Here are answers to some of the most common questions about invoice specifications.

How do I find a specification?

Check the order number on the invoice. Go to the invoice specification website, press Ctrl + F, and enter the order number in the search field.

Why aren't the specifications in date order?

The page currently has a technical limitation that prevents sorting by date. You can always find a specification by pressing Ctrl + F and searching for the order number.

How does logging in with BankID work?

(New) BankID is a new, simple, and secure way to log in. If you are logged in to the customer site with BankID, you do not need to log in a second time to access the invoice specifications (this is called Single Sign-On, or SSO). You will get direct access with a single click.

Does everyone have to use BankID?

We are gradually rolling out BankID login for our customers. If you cannot log in with BankID, you can continue to use your username and password as before.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Go to the login page and click the "I have forgotten my password" link. Enter your email address, and a new password will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email, check your spam/junk folder. If it still doesn’t work, please contact invoice support.

What happens if I enter the wrong password too many times?

For security reasons, if you enter the wrong password three times, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. If you still can't log in after that, please contact invoice support for help.

Can I change my password?

No, you cannot currently change your password yourself. When you reset your password, the system automatically generates a new, secure password for you.

I’m missing an invoice specification.

What should I do? Go to the login page and check if the specification is there by searching for the order number from the invoice (Ctrl+F). If you can't find it, contact invoice support with the invoice number for the missing document, and we will help you.

Where can I find the specifications?

You can find the invoice specifications at https://kund.falcksverige.se/fakturaspec/. Log in with your email address and password.
