Previa has changed its name and goes under the Falck brand. In January 2023, the company name was changed and all former Previa's nearly 100 units across Sweden have now changed their appearance and go under the Falck brand. Here you will find answers to the most common questions about the brand change.

Why did Previa change its name?

Previa has belonged to Falck since 2014. The name change is part of the group strategy to gather all companies within the Falck group under the same brand. The change of brand makes it visible that Previa is also part of the Nordic region's leading health company, where we all together in the group offer a wide range of services for a sustainable working life and private life.

How will the name change affect your customers?

Initially, not much at all. Previa has changed its name and brand, but continues to be its own company within the Falck group. As a customer, you have access to all expertise, our entire range of services and capacity just like today. You also have the same contact persons as before.

In the long term, it will also mean that we have the opportunity to broaden our range of services and thus be able to offer you as a customer an even greater range of services for a sustainable working life and private life.

What happens to your units?

All our units are still at the same visiting address as before, but signs have been replaced with Falck signs.

What legal changes does the name change entail?

In January 2023, AB Previa changed its legal name to Falck Sverige AB. Organization number is the same even after the change of legal name and already signed agreements can therefore continue. Invoices issued after January 2023 will be addressed from Falck Sverige AB.

Do you have new contact details?

Our units keep the same addresses, but signs are changed to Falck signs.

We keep the same phone number as today. Other changes are:

Website:

  • For those connected to our occupational health, the new web address is kund.falcksverige.se. The overall website for Falck's combined Swedish operations is falcksverige.se.
  • During one year from the change of website, a forward link will take place for those who go to the previous website.

Customer service:

  • By phone: No changes, the phone number 0771-23 00 00 remains.
  • Digital: New web address for contacting customer service digitally is kund.falcksverige.se/kontakt. During one year from the change of website, a forwarding link will take place for those who go to the previous website previa.se.

Email addresses:

  • Direct mail to employees: @previa.se has been replaced by @falcksverige.se
  • For one year from the change of website, there will be a forwarding of emails sent to old ones

What happens with the Previa online app?

The Previa Online app is replaced by the new Falck Online app. Instructions to download the new app are sent automatically to users in Previa Online.
