Night Work with Sampling
OrderThe statutory check-up complies with the legal requirements of AFS 2023:15 and applies to employees who work at night. Before you order the service, you need to carry out a risk assessment.
What it is
Medical Check-up – Night Work with Sampling is done to reduce health risks related to working during the night. The check-up should be offered to employees who work at least three hours or their work shift between 22-06 or who probably will work at least 1/3 or their yearly work between 22-06. The rules do not apply for temporary night work for less than three months. After the check-up, we will issue a certificate of service.
When it should be done
- Before night work begins
- After that every six years for employees under 50 years old
- Every three years for employees over 50 years old
How it works
- Order service
Fill in information from the risk assessment in the order form. When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee. - Visit
During the visit, a medical check-up and sampling is done and the employee receives information on diet and sleep for night work. The performed risk assessment and filled in health declaration are the basis for the visit. - Certificate
The health declaration and medical examination form the basis for assessment and whether a certificate for service can be issued. - Feedback
A certificate for service is sent to you as orderer via secure e-mail.
