SLU offers employees support for career development through an individual discussion series (FOCUS-talks) that aims to provide perspective on themselves and their own work situation and identify individual development needs and opportunities. From the university's perspective, it is about making more efficient use of the competence of the organisation.
For bookings made by employees, the manager's name needs to be entered in the form to be registered. Information about booking and invoice then goes to the human resources department and not to the manager. The service thus has a special management.
