Initial assessment

The purpose of an initial assessment is to offer a consultation with the employee. The service is suitable for stress related problems or when the emplyoee is in pain.

How it works

  1. Ordering service
    Fill in the form. It is important that you describe what issues and needs there are. Your employee is then booked in for an initial assessment. The time of the visit is communicated by email to you and your employee.
  2. Initial assessment
    During the visit, a dialogue is held in order to identify the current problems. Assessment and suggestions for any further action are summarized and discussed with your employee.

  3. Follow-up
    As a leader, you get feedback by phone, email or from the employee. The feedback recommends the further actions that have been discussed with the employee.
