Initial assessment

The purpose of an initial assessment is to offer you a consultation. The service includes feedback to both you and your leader on actions to improve your health and work environment. The service is suitable for stress problems or when you have pain .

How it works

  1. Ordering service
    Fill in the form. It is important that you describe what questions and needs you have. You are then booked in for a first assessment. The time of the visit is communicated to you and the leader by email.
  2. Initial assessment
    During the visit, a dialogue is held in order to identify the current problems. Assessment and suggestions for any further action are summarized and discussed with you.

  3. Follow-up
    A feedback with suggestions for further action is made to you and your leader.
