TSI Operation, Re-entry

The statutory check-up complies with the legal requirements of EU Regulation 2015/1995 and applies to employees who are to resume work performing safety-critical tasks associated with accompanying a train.

What it is

Statutory Check-up - TSI Operation, Re-entry is a medical and psychological assessment of the suitability of employees who are to resume work. After the check-up, we will issue a medical statement.

When it should be done

• When an employee has been absent for more than 30 days
• When an employee has been out of service after an accident/incident

How it works

1. Order service
   When you have ordered the service, your employee is booked for the check-up. The time is communicated in a text message to the employee.
2. Visit
   The visit consists of a general medical examination, psychological assessment, drug test and sampling.
3. Certificate
   A medical statement is issued by the doctor.
4. Feedback
   The statement is sent in accordance with what was determined in the order. If the employee is not fit to work, you will be informed immediately.
