Risk Assessments

As an employer you are obligated to regularly control the workplace conditions and assess the health risks or risks of accidents at work. A risk assessment is the basis for, for example, medical check-ups, trainings and other efforts to achieve a healthy workplace.

Falck investigates risk factors in the technical equipment, product design, in the physical work environment and in the work process within the organization or department.

Risk assessment is done on regular work both in different types of changes. If risks are identified, we will propose appropriate measures.

The assessment is carried out using established methods and documented. Includes consistency and probability assessment and also draw up an action plan. Tools ERA, SARA and psycho-social questionnaire. According to the Work Environment Act, risk analyses must be carried out on most types of workplaces. The scope varies depending on the duties.
