Falck provides advice on issues linked to the work environment. Through our knowledge of various OSH risks, we can effectively assess health status. The goal is to detect symptoms early and to analyse the relationship with the working environment and to quickly give the employee the right help. If necessary, we refer to the healthcare system.

How it works

The service is ordered online or by calling customer service who receives the order and schedules telephone counselling  time within 24 to 48 hours with an occupational health nurse (or other competency if appropriate). Booking and rebooking are handled directly by the customer service. Confirmation of time is sent via email.

Feedback

If any follow-up action is required, this is anchored by the employee with his/her manager.

Other

The service is a subscription service where 15 minutes are included in the subscription. Additional time is seen as a follow-up operation that needs to be approved or ordered by the manager.
