Quality

Previa works for high availability and that you as a customer should get the best possible service. Below is the maximum waiting time specified per competence/service according to the existing agreement.

Common services

  • Visits to a occupational health physician, psychologist or behavioural scientist
    2-3 weeks depending on the urgency of the case
  • Visit to a occupational health nurse or physiotherapist

  • First contact before assessment/investigation

  • Vaccination before travelling abroad

  • Health Check Abroad
    2 weeks normally, in special cases 2 days
  • Health check preventive
    4 weeks
  • Alcohol and drug tests (if urgently needed)

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of individual cases will be charged with full compensation if the cancellation was made later than 24 hours before the appointment.

For cancellations of Hitachi Energy-adapted group training, the following applies:

  • Cancellations up to 11 working days before the scheduled training: no fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations between 10-6 working days before the scheduled training: 50% of the total fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations between 5 working days and until the scheduled training: 100% of the total fee will be charged.

The date of the training can be changed once, but no later than 6 working days before the scheduled first day. After that, the cancellation fees are applied as above.
