Support conversations

If you need support, have symptoms of high stress or are on sick leave, talking to a behavioural scientist or psychologist can help you manage your situation. The service is offered both as a physical visit and online.

In acute cases, such as suicidal thoughts, we refer to primary care or emergency psychiatry.

Support conversations are available for those who, for various reasons, do not feel well at their workplace or are on sick leave. In a counselling session with one of our psychologists or behavioural scientists, measures are suggested to help you move forward.

How it works

  1. Request service
When you order the service, you describe what questions and needs there are and whether you want to book a physical visit or an online visit. You will then be booked in for a visit and receive a confirmation via text message or email.
  2. Visit
During the visit, a behavioural scientist or psychologist familiarises themselves with your problem, makes an assessment and suggests measures.
