- Request serviceIn the order, describe the questions and needs you have. You are then booked in for a visit for an orientation conversation with a behavioural scientist or psychologist. The time will be notified by email.
- A first call – visitIn this conversation, the behavioural scientist/psychologist puts themselves in your situation. During the conversation, an assessment is made of the problem, situation and suggestions on how the case should be handled further.
