As an employee, you have the opportunity to order an anonymous assessment conversation once a year to any competence within Falck (occupational health doctor, occupational health nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist or behavioural scientist), without approval from your manager.
The assessment conversation can be carried out via visit, telephone or video call.
This is how it works
- Request service
When you order the service, you can write a short background to the visit in the free text field. You can also specify whether you want a visit to Falck, a phone call or a video call. After the service has been booked, an appointment is booked for the visit. The appointment will be sent to you by email. - Visit
During the visit, you will receive advice about your situation and assessment of further efforts. You can also be referred to a health centre/other healthcare provider if your problems are not work-related. - Feedback
During the conversation, you will receive suggestions for further efforts. If you want to proceed with the recommendations you have received, your manager needs to place an order for the continued efforts.
