Here, as an employee at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, you can book a Focus conversation as a step in your career development.

The conversations aim to provide perspectives on oneself and one's own work situation and identify individual development needs and opportunities. From the university's perspective, it is about utilising the expertise in the organisation in a more efficient way.

Please note that bookings made by employees need the manager's name to be entered in the form for the booking to be registered.

Information about the booking and invoice then goes to the Human Resources department and not to the manager. The service thus has a special handling.
