Orientation talks

Orientation conversations are offered to you as an employee and are ordered directly by you as an employee (without the consent of the client). The service may be used a maximum of once per employee per year.

What the position entails

Orientation conversations are based on supporting you as an employee with the help of a coaching and motivating approach. The position is a conversation where you as an employee get to meet one of our experts. The conversation is an opportunity for you as an employee to talk about your health. We make an assessment of whether there is a connection between ill health/injury and the work environment.

How it works

  1. Request service
    Describe what questions and needs there are and whether you want to book a physical visit or online visit in the order form. Once you have ordered the service, a visit will be scheduled. The time is announced in a text message to the employee.
  2. Visit
    During the visit, you as an employee get to meet one of our experts for a conversation about your health. The service is offered to you as an employee on one occasion, once a year.
