Advice/assessment/visit

As an employee, you have the opportunity, without approval from your manager, to order one visit per year to any competence within Falck for work-related ailments.

The visit can be carried out via physical visit, telephone or online with an occupational health nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, behavioural scientist or occupational health doctor.

This is how it works

1. Request service
   In the order, state what questions and needs exist, what skills you wish to book an appointment for and whether you want a physical visit, phone call or online call. You will then be booked in for a visit and receive a confirmation via text message or email.
2. Visit
   During the visit, you will receive advice about your situation and assessment of further efforts.
