As an employee, you can order selected services directly from us at Falck. Other services from us or our subcontractors are ordered through your manager.

Your bookings

Here you can see your current bookings, or change and cancel appointments.

Fill in your personal details and the time of the visit. Inform the person who has ordered the service of the cancellation or rebooking, except in the case of anonymous visits. This may delay, for example, the issuance of certificates of fitness for service or certificates for new employment, depending on the next available period. All data is sent using a secure connection.

Booking within 2 days

Late changes of appointments or cancellations made less than two working days before the booked visit will be charged to the employer depending on the agreement with Falck.

 

A new appointment for visits needs to be approved by the employer unless otherwise agreed with Falck. Does not apply if you order as a private individual.

First-day certificate

Here, you as an employee can book an appointment for the issuance of a first-day certificate from the first day of sick leave.
