This e-learning on women’s and men’s health in the workplace presents facts and insights based on current knowledge and research. It shows how health is affected by gender and living conditions, with the purpose of increasing the understanding of how different health challenges can manifest and how they can be managed in a professional context.

Content of the training

This e-learning aims to raise awareness of how health, lifestyle, and biological differences can affect both wellbeing and work ability. It highlights common health challenges for both women and men, early signs of ill health, and how employers can work preventively and create a supportive work environment. The course is aimed at managers and HR professionals, with a focus on their role in leading, supporting, and enabling an inclusive workplace.

The e-learning course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. This is the English version, but the course is also available in Swedish: Kvinnors och mäns hälsa i arbetslivet.

How it works

  1. Order the e-learning
    Enter the desired number of licences in the order form. A confirmation will be sent to your email with the number of licences ordered, along with login instructions.
  2. Complete the training
    The employee can complete the e-learning course at a time that suits them best.

No, you complete the e-learning course at your own pace and can split it across multiple sessions.

Can several employees complete the course using the same licence? 
The licence is personal. If you have more employees who need to complete the course, simply order additional licences in the order form.
