What it is

Alcohol and drug testing for consulting assignments is carried out before an employee begins work for a client that requires proof of being drug-free.

Typically, the drug test is a urine test that screens for the most common drugs. The alcohol test is performed using a blood sample. The number of substances tested for and the type of alcohol test are determined by your agreement with Falck.

How it works

1. Order service
   After the service is ordered, the employee is booked for testing and an invitation is sent.
2. Visit
   The drug test is carried out via a urine sample at one of our units. The alcohol test is done with a blood sample. The samples are then sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis.
3. Feedback
   In the case of a negative drug test result, you will receive an email from Infosolutions (our partner for drug test results) containing this order's number to identify the employee to whom the result pertains. Falck receives this information at the same time. The certificate for the alcohol test is sent via secure email to the designated recipient.
   
   In the event of a non-negative drug test result, the occupational health physician will contact the employee by phone to inform them of the result. With the employee's consent, the physician will then contact you, the person who ordered the test, to provide verbal feedback by phone.
