A good organizational and social work environment is crucial for both individual well-being and the success of the workplace. By understanding and managing factors such as workload, working hours, victimization or offensive treatment, and solitary work, we can create a safe and sustainable work environment where everyone can perform and thrive.

Training content

This e-learning aims to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical tools to identify and manage factors that affect the work environment. The focus is on creating an understanding of how the organizational and social work environment impacts individual performance and well-being. The e-learning covers:

• Definition of organizational and social work environment
• Workload
• Working hours
• Victimization 

The e-learning takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. This is an English version, but the training is available to order in Swedish

No, you can take the e-learning course at your own pace and you can split it into different sessions.

Can several employees take the training using the same license?
The license is personal. If you have more employees who need to take the training, you order more licenses in the order form.
