Massage at Work

Massage promotes well-being, relaxation and recovery. By offering it to all employees, it counts as wellness allowance.

What it is

Massage at Work is ordered as half- or full-day treatments with the same hourly rate regardless of treatment length. The minimum order is 4 hours. Massage treatments included are Swedish classic preventive wellness massage, 30 minutes on the bench, and in some cases seated massage, 15–20 minutes.

All masseurs are certified by the Swedish Massage Industry Council. We offer massage at work through our nationwide partner Team Lars Massage, TLM.

How it works

1. Order service
   Choose whether you want to order half- or full-day treatment when ordering the service.
2. Treatment in the workplace
   The treatments take place at your workplace and are carried out by a "masseur" who brings the necessary equipment.
3. Evaluation
   An evaluation is made through a simple online survey. We provide common routines for reporting, evaluation and invoicing to give you an overview of delivery and quality.
4. Payment
   Payment can be made through invoicing, wellness allowance or through salary deductions. Massage counts as tax-deductible wellness, provided that everyone within the organization is offered the service.
