Supportive Talk

Order

Employees who experience stress or do not feel well receive both relief and guidance from a psychologist or behavioral scientist with conversation support. The service is offered as both a physical visit and an online visit as wells as in group session.

In emergency cases, such as suicidal thoughts, we refer to primary care or emergency psychiatry.

What it is

Supportive Talk is available for employees who, for various reasons, do not feel well at their workplace or are on sick leave. Individual conversations mean a conversation with one of our experts. Based on the problem that exists, measures are proposed to find a balance going forward. Sometimes measures may be needed at the workplace.

Group sesssions are held with 5–6 participants on five occasions of two hours each and provide the opportunity to reflect with others in a similar situation along with professional support.

How it works

  1. Order service
Please indicate the reason for the visit and choose online or in-person visit. Managers can also specify the maximum number of follow-up visits. After the order is placed, a invitation are will be sent, or for online call, a link for web booking will be sent to the employee.

For Group orders begin with a telephone appointment with the expert.

  2. Visit
An individual session consists of a talk with an expert about problems and possible measures. The group sessions are held on five occasions, followed by a final talk three months later and an evaluation done by the employee.
  3. Feedback
After the firts session, the manager receives feedback on what can be done to help the employee maintain their work capacity. If the issues fall outside the competence of the occupational healthcare, we provide guidance for further assistance. Feedback is not provided if employees can order the service anonymously according to the agreement.
