CPR Training

The training gives you basic knowledge in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and how to use a defibrillator. The training is ordered as company-tailored and based on your work situation, on your premises.

What it is

The training is aimed at all employees in all workplaces and provides knowledge that can save lives. No previous knowledge required. The course content consists of practical exercises and theory in the following subjects:

• Assessment of consciousness and breathing
• Chest compressions and inhalations
• Using a semi-automatic defibrillator
• Help a person affected by respiratory arrest, backstroke and abdominal pressure

The training lasts two hours and is tailored to your company. Training packages include, among other things, a practice mannequin that facilitates repetition at the workplace or at home.
