Allergenic Chemical Products

This online course meets legal requirements according to AFS 2011:19 and provides knowledge to be able to safely work with allergenic chemical products. The e-learning consists of pre-recorded videos that you access and complete online, at your convenience.

NEW! The e-learning programme has been updated with a new chapter on diisocyanates under the REACH regulation and provides a separate training certificate for this. If you work with diisocyanates, you need to renew your certificate before the new rules come into force on 24 August 2023

What it is

In this course you will learn about different types of allergenic chemical products and their properties, health effects from exposure and what protective measures are necessary for the work to be safe to perform. The content is divided into five main sections consisting of recorded videos on the following topics:

• Roles and responsibilities in the workplace
• Health effects of exposure
• Allergenic substances
• Exposure risks
• Risk assessment
• Protective equipment
• Signage and marking

Supplement:

• Handling of diisocyanates (according to REACH regulation)

The course takes about 1 hour to complete and is available in both Swedish and English. When you have finished and passed the final test, you can download a certificate and a separate certificate for diisocyanates in pdf format. The certificates are both valid for 5 years.

How it works

2. Education
   Take the e-learning course at your convenience. It takes about 1 hour to complete and ends with a test.
3. Certificate
   Download your certificate in pdf format. The certificate is valid for 5 years.
